Step 1: Spread dumplings on non-stick pan to thaw

Step 2: In large kettle add:  chopped Onion, Diced carrots, diced celery and butter

Step 3: Saute on medium heat until vegetables are tender

Step 4: Add 4 qts water along with chicen soup base, dumplings. Bring to rapid boil

Step 5: When dumplings are soft, add cubed otatoes and simmer until dumplings and potatoes are done throughout

Step 6: Remove from heat and add heay whipping cream and parsley flakes

Step 7: Salt and pepper to taste
